Bodyguards of Hollywood couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, who are in India for a film shoot,are a violent lot,they manhandled a poor British photographer...who was just doing his job... outside the Le Meridien hotel where the movie stars are staying.Sam Pelf, a photographer from the United Kingdom, was caught by the neck by one of the two personal bodyguards of the star couple when he tried to take the sentries' pictures.
TV channels aired footage of the burly bodyguard grabbing Pelf by the neck and speaking angrily to him before pushing him away.
The bodyguard, who was very abusive, allegedly said he would thrash the photographer if he did not stop taking pictures and tailing the celebrity couple.
A visibly shaken Pelf said he was considering filing a complaint with police against the bodyguard, who did not reveal the name of the organisation he represents.
"I was taking a picture of one of the bodyguards of Angelina Jolie and he (bodyguard) came to me and caught me by the neck and squeezed my wind pipe. He also warned me that if I will take his picture again he will kill me," said Pelf.
The second bodyguard was equally abusive to journalists, including those from the Indian media. He asked photojournalists and cameramen from TV channels to switch off their cameras.
So Puneites now you know....keep a safe distance from the Hollywood couple,after all your 'neck' is not worth a picture or 2.And if you were nurturing any desires of taking the famous autographs for your collection...just forget it.Turn on your favourite news channel... relax on your sofa and watch our 'brave' journalist and cameramen face the wrath of ....'Brangelina Bodyguards Brigade'....nobody can get through them!
